In addition to the legal warranty required by applicable law, Marqoni provides an extended ten-year commercial warranty under the conditions published at the time of sale.

What a ten-year warranty means

The Marqoni warranty is designed to give continuity to the project. The goal is to help owners keep their device for longer, reducing premature replacements and waste.

The ten-year commercial coverage concerns the Marqoni assistance relationship, the availability of the support path, the handling of covered defects and access to the repair or replacement procedures set out in the official conditions.

Legal warranty and commercial warranty

The legal warranty remains the one provided by applicable European law. The ten-year Marqoni commercial warranty is added as a brand commitment and will be governed by transparent, readable conditions available before the final purchase.

What is covered

Conformity defects, manufacturing-related issues and malfunctions not caused by misuse, tampering, impacts, liquids, unauthorised repairs or accidental damage.

What is not covered

Normal wear, non-functional cosmetic damage, drops, oxidation, liquids, non-compliant use, unauthorised modifications, consumable components beyond their natural life cycle and damage caused by unsuitable accessories.

Repair before replacement

Whenever possible, Marqoni prioritises diagnosis, repair and replacement of the defective component. Full device replacement remains possible when repair is not reasonable or does not solve the issue.

Spare parts and guides

The warranty works together with repair guides and original spare parts. The goal is to create an assistance ecosystem that is understandable, sustainable and consistent with a smartphone designed to last.

Open a request from the Contacts page or from the Account area. You may be asked for your order number, a description of the problem, any photos or videos and a short guided check before the case is opened.

Does the warranty really last ten years?

Yes. Marqoni provides a ten-year commercial warranty in addition to the applicable legal warranty. The final conditions will be published clearly before the final sale.

Is the battery covered for ten years?

The battery is a component subject to normal wear. It will be managed with specific conditions, available spare parts and authorised replacement when needed.

Is a drop covered?

Accidental damage, including impacts, drops and liquids, is normally not included in the standard warranty. It may be handled as a paid repair.

Do I need to ship the phone?

It depends on the type of issue. In some cases a guided diagnosis will be enough; in others the device or affected component may need to be sent in.
